  How wonderful escaping from hectic!! It was worth going from Japan.
  I joined five days retreat program in September, which was my first-time retreat and an unforgettable stay. In short, the hosts - Lana and Mark, program and session, the room, the meals... -- everything was fantastic! I especially loved relaxing in the quiet morning, chilling out on the poolside and doing yoga/meditation in the sunshine. I found 'my neutral' through the sessions at last. I hope to visit here again.

  I came to Blisstopia Retreats for a reset and that's exactly what I received. The food was delicious, the location was stunning, the house was inviting and homey, and the scheduled experiences were heart opening and expanding. I left the retreat having a core value defined (mine was Adventure) and I work to incorporate it into every day living. I enjoyed both the infrared sauna and cold pool daily. It was an incredibly beautiful experience and I would highly recommend it.

  5 days ago I walked onto the grounds of Blisstopia Retreats a stressed out, overwhelmed, overworked, business owner. And today I leave, ME again.
  
  From the moment we walked in and said WOW, the tears, laughter and healing began. Some of us came here as perfect strangers and we are leaving life long freinds. The universe knows what's it's doing and puts people together when they need to be.
  
  Lana and Mark at Blisstopia Retreats are AMAZING. Their space is AMAZING. I did my first hike, didn't see any snakes AND survived. We walked 4 miles each day, did 2 yoga classes a day and they provided amazing, healthy meals, we did workshops and ended the retreat with dance party.
  
  If you get a chance, take it. Say yes, you never know where it will lead you. 🧡💛

  I just completed a 5 day Yoga Retreat with Blisstopia Retreats, I went with an intention to heal! My intentions were met and so much more! I feel so incredibly rejuvenated and healing occurred! I met some of the most amazing humans, the food was amazing, the space was amazing I could go on! If you are looking to care for yourself with a safe environment look no further! These will be your people and welcome you with love, compassion and open arms! Thank you from the bottom of my healing heart!

  This experience was truly amazing and met every expectation I had while attending. Lana is truly a remarkable teacher and advocate for healing! Happy healthy strong retreats also was such a great addition of services. The variety of services they provided were AMAZING! The energy healing session I was given by Lana was very eye opening and needed for my soul! I would DEFINITELY go back times 10!!! If you want to open your hearts and share your light this is a safe place to do it. They make you feel so welcomed, and loved.
