(August 4, 2022, 12:44 pm)I saw my PCP on Monday and she recommended an ultrasound "stat." I called Simon med on Tuesday and they were able to schedule me the very next day. Weds for 9am appointment. The ultrasound tech, Dan, took me back to exam room at almost exactly 9:00. He was very professional and thorough and answered all my questions. I've been trying to resolve medical issues for months and this is one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone I talked with at simonmed was very kind and empathetic. I just want to tell them thank you for the pleasant experience. Jeff E.

(May 19, 2022, 2:01 pm)It all went fine. My appointment was on a Saturday, there was no real wait at all. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient and professional. The MRI went smoothly. Three business days later I picked up my personal copy of the images on a CD and a printout of the report. Smooth as glass. Thank you Simon Med.

(March 20, 2022, 12:57 pm)I was pleased to receive a phone call informing me that they were running about an hour behind, and rather than have me sitting in the lobby that length of time, I should arrive later. Once I did arrive, I was seen within about 15 minutes.
The facility was a bit older and showing some age. Changing rooms were quite small (a bit of a challenge for handicapped needing a cane or walker) and only had a curtain to draw across doorway.
My MRI tech was very gracious and helpful: professional, yet personable. I was pleased that they were able to schedule weekend appointments and have me seen so quickly. Thank you.
