I wanted to make sure and give credit to the guy behind the counter at your 40th street and Chandler location. He was around 40 with longer hair. Sorry for not remembering his name. Anyway, I went in with my daughter on Wednesday the 8th of July. We were in a bit of trouble because the battery on the car we just bought from auction was toast and we needed to get back to Tucson. The gentleman not only took great care of us, even finding a coupon we could use, but never tried to upsell or price gouge us. He knew we were in trouble and easily could have. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism!! I had a horrible experience with Firestone many years ago up here in Tucson, but this employee turned everything around. -

Cars are moving through at a fast pace with quality work. My spouse and I have and will continue to utilize this specific location so to the expertise and quality of the gear heads work!
