We have coming to tlc for 10 years. Dr.Miller has always given great care to us. She remembers kids nicknames and doesn't rush through the appointment with you. Front desk staff is great! Anytime I call and need a sick appointment they get us in same day. I have always encountered wonderful nusrsing staff when as well. I love that I can leave a message for the nurse and they get back to me with advice on a sick kid. All very kind and patient with the children. Wait times do tend to be long but I don't mind waiting for quality care for my children. If your looking for quick care and don't care about quality then you might want to skip tlc. But if you don't mind the wait for great quality care this is the place for you!!
We have been going to see Dr. Miller for the past four years and I've had nothing but great experiences. Office staff is great too which is such a rare find it seems.
We take our sons here and have loved it since day one. Dr. Miller is amazing and so knowledgeable. We can ask her anything, she remembers us and takes her time with us at every appointment. I’ve never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. It’s easy to schedule appointments and the staff are always helpful. I know some people complain about the wait times, but when you can schedule same day sick appointments and truly get quality care for your child, the wait times are worth it.
We started seeing Dr. Miller over 5 years ago when we first moved to the area. She has taken excellent care of my son starting at 6 months old, and now 6 years old. She has taken care of my 3 year old daughter all of her life. To have that type of continuity for such a long time is a wonderful thing and we absolutely love everything about TLC. They do occasionally have long wait times, but it is a doctors office so that is expected. They have never turned us away for a same day sick appointment, and have always been extremely helpful during evening triage calls. I would definitely recommend the practice.
