FAST Performance Training | Ahwatukee

The trainers at Fast are awesome! Came in for a couple of months to train for a tour; and 7+ years later my husband and I are still here! Now that we're older we are SO grateful for the strength and balance training! And best of all, it's such a fun and welcoming place, we try to never miss our days each week! Thank you Kyle and Jeff! You guys are the very best!

Fast has kept me me fit & strong for several years. Our trainer keeps keeps us working hard, improving our strength, flexibility, balance. And it’s fun! My 12 yr old grandson is also working out here & he loves it. Accountability! Highly recommend for any age.

The personal training at FAST is the best. 60 minutes of hard work but always an emphasis on getting you stronger without sustaining injuries (remember that time you tried “fill in the blank” and got tendinitis or sprained an ankle…not here). The positivity, expertise and quality of care for you as an individual is the real hidden gem in Ahwatukee. If you make the commitment to focus on your fitness and health this is the place to go. Johnny, Jeff and Kyle are a great team! My 12 year old son is a big fan of the athletic training programs too.

Fast is like a second home for me where I get in my training zone with expert coaching and equipment that has made a huge positive impact on my health and strength. I also enjoy working out with other people there and have made several friends that I see outside of our exercise routine. One of the things I really appreciate about Fast is that it is fairly small and personalized. It's not a big, impersonal gym. When I have a question or need help there is always a well qualified and insightful answer. I have been going there for many years and look forward to many more.

I had 3 children participate in FAST fitness for junior athletes for 2 years. All 3 of them dramatically improved in speed and agility as well as endurance. Kyle and his staff communicate and give progress reports. Most importantly Kyle addresses character as well as performance, which is invaluable.
