Stil Swangn Auto Paint & Collision

I wish I could leave MORE than 5 stars. When it comes to collision and paint, you get what you pay for. The quality, customer service, and warranty from Stil Swangn is more than worth what you pay. If my memory serves me correctly, calling the number provided by Google will result in Ryan (the owner) answering the phone and getting you started on the repair process. Raul is the main point of contact from there and is ALWAYS excited to update you on your car. They sent a tow truck to pick up our truck and tow it to their shop and called me when it arrived. My wife and I were speechless when we went to pick up our truck. They went above and beyond to track down parts and make sure the truck was actually fixed and not just cosmetically repaired. They worked with insurance which was a huge burden off our shoulders and fought to get unforeseen things repaired. They detailed the truck inside and out before we picked it up and were transparent about everything that was done to the truck and the cost. Raul went over invoices with us for each part that was installed. Everyone at Stil Swangn takes pride in their work and does everything with great enthusiasm. Trusting someone with your car can be difficult, but Stil Swangn makes it easy. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and couldn’t wait for us to see the finished product. I want to reiterate their customer service because… wow. Everything you could ask for from a business, they provide. Raul let me come look at the truck after they tore her apart and went into detail about everything they were working on. It was neat to see the process and kind of them to let me drop by and check in on our pride and joy vehicle. We look forward to having them work on our other vehicles… for fun and hopefully not due to an accident :P

It’s been a very long time since I have received service this good at a business. They acknowledged me from the get go and are very polite. Stilswangn exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond which truly amazes me. I went in for a front bumper repaint on my Honda S2000 and the paint match is PERFECT. They also filled in the ugly front plate holes I had and now it looks so much better and slicker. Upon pick up my car had been detailed and looked brand new! I just can’t say enough good things about this place. Thanks Raul and the team!!

Always a pleasure doing business with Ryan and Raul! They were extremely courteous and sweet to my mom and I, they took care of everything with insurance so that we wouldn’t have to pay for a thing out of pocket and kept us updated throughout the whole ordeal. Ryan got my mom’s car in as quickly as possible while other shops had a 1+ month wait and had her BMW looking brand new like it never got T-boned! They even detailed the inside and made it look absolutely perfect. 10/10, I could not recommend a better shop to take your vehicle to. Kind and patient people who treat you like family. I was referred to Stil Swangn to repair the damages on my car after an accident, and I’m extremely grateful for Ryan and his teams help! They did an amazing job on my car, and educated and assisted me throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was faster than I expected despite having to order a part from Germany! Before meeting with Ryan I had been driving my crashed car around for a month, but he helped me get into a rental the same day I dropped it off. Still Swangn was recommended to me after my vehicle was rear ended and let me tell you I was not expecting my car to look better than it did before! I was worried about the whole process but Ryan answered all my questions. I felt like all the attention was on the service I was being provided when I got my estimate, when I dropped off my vehicle and when I picked it up! The best thing is I got all toyota parts as my replacements. Apart from the job done and the customer service, the shop is very clean 👌 I would not hesitate to recommend this shop!
