We really cannot say enough positive things about Mike and our experience at Hyatt Car Company. We live on a single teacher income with three little ones. After seeing so many cars and being lied to and scammed for months through private sales, we decided to try out a car dealership. I found the ad for our Honda Odyssey and emailed a ridiculously low offer- the most we could afford. Mike emailed me back immediately. He actually met with us that day to show us the car because we couldn't drive down to his dealership, and came back with an offer $150 UNDER my original offer. On top of that, he honored his price even after realizing that the Odyssey was an EX-L with all the upgraded features. He allowed our own mechanic to come for an inspection, held the car for a day for us, and even personally got the license plate for us so that we had the plates before a big trip. The car was detailed, all fluids topped off before we got it, and is the nicest car I have owned. He gave us such an amazing deal because he wanted to support my husband, the teacher. Even after the sale he has been responsive to me when I ask random questions and is always courteous. If we ever need another car, we will only shop with Mike and Hyatt Car Company. It was the best experience we have had buying a car, we know our car is reliable, and most importantly it is a safe car that my little family can grow in for years to come. I purchased an Infinity G35 Journey from these lovely individuals. I've waited about 2 weeks to write this review because I wanted to give my honest experience with both the vehicle and in-store.
I can undoubtedly say that I was sold a good car in fantastic condition at a very good price. I got it detailed to give it a nice shine, but the car was in top shape despite the brutal Arizona sun.
From the moment I arrived on the lot to check the vehicles out I had this feeling like I was in the right place. The salesman handed me the keys and let me take her for a spin no questions asked. After I finished the drive I brought up a few questions and minor issues and the representative immediately took the car for a drive with me in it to determine what issues I was referencing and got everything sorted while I was still on the lot before I even mentioned any interest in buying the car! Talk about dedication to the trade.
Put your trust in these guys. They'll take care of you. These guys deserve every bit of praise I can muster.
