Mayko & Karen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

The gym is big, well lit and clean. A very family friendly environment but at the same time the students are pushed to their limits by Karen and Mayko 2 very knowledgeable and experienced instructors who still compete and continue to evolve their games and share it with their students. Such a great group of people who are a pleasure to train with.

World class coaching by high level Brazilian juijitsu champions. Karen and mayko are friendly and welcoming to all whether you are a competitor, learning self defense or trying to get in shape. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in Brazilian jujitsu

Great place to train. The instructors are very awesome. It is a great work out , I have lost over 30 lbs dice I started 6 months ago. The team is very welcoming, and always give you a hand.

My daughter started the kids class and let me start by saying it has been such a great experience for her. The staff is amazing, Karen is one of the nicest coaches I have met. Karen welcomed us with open arms and has answered all of my questions.

I had never tried Jiu-Jitsu before and after trying it at Mayko & Karen BJJ I immediately fell in love with it! They are so kind and do their best to teach each one the right way to do the techniques... worth it a try!
