Avamere at The Stratford

Stefanie Smith came into the Stratford right as the COVID pandemic was hitting Arizona, and managed to keep the residents safe, through regular and consistent communication inform the family members about the status of care and protocol and maintain a positive environment with kindness and grace. We are grateful you were there when this began and that you continue to lead the team now.

My 93 year old father in law has been at this facility for almost 5 years. He is very happy there and the staff has been attentive to any issues or concerns that he/I have had. The staff has been very caring and worked with me on several changes as his needs grew. Mgmt has been more than willing to provide accommodations to ensure he has the best possible care. I am very grateful to have found this facility for his home.

My sister lived in the Memory Care area at the Stratford for three years but she passed recently. I am pleased to write that the total experience during her time there was excellent. She received wonderful care from a very caring staff. The facility is very good. Cleanliness is always critical and overall it was very, very good. I would recommend The Stratford to anyone looking for a care facility.
