I've been to this ER twice. I'm unsure of all the bad reviews here. All ER experiences have limitations, but this ER is extremely prompt and does what it's supposed to do: assess you for a life-threatening situation. They did that professionally and promptly last night. The doctors who work at this ER have always been very good.
