I have brought several VFD drives for Butch to look at and have found him to be very professional and helpful. One time he diagnosed an issue and replaced a part, but because it was such a small issue and simple fix he didn't charge for it. I have never had an issue when dealing with Mechline and will continue to use them.
Always been friendly professional and spot on any questions I have. Called me back after hours for tech support..
