Tony's Auto Service Center will always be one of the few places that I can say...Has people on board that will actually be there to assist you when needed! Being from the E Valley I do not go in to Phx that much. Just recently I had to make a trip to downtown Phx. I took the freeway in & my truck was just fine. When I got ready to come back home I was traveling down Thomas Rd and had not yet got back on the freeway THANKFULLY! I started hearing a strange noise coming from the right side of my truck every time I put on my brakes.Well I was a nervous wreck at that point and started looking for any building that had anything to do with vehicles! There it was..Tony's Auto!! I pulled in to the lot & a gentleman from inside..Scott Petrie came out & ask me what was wrong? I guess he could tell I was totally worried. He with NO hesitation started looking to see what might be the problem with my truck. I had no money in my pocket for any kind of work to be done so you can just imagine how I was feeling. He went in the shop, come back out, said he had someone that's gonna fix the problem for me until I could get it somewhere near my home. The upper brake caliber had lost the bolt & that could be seriously unsafe to drive back home like it was. Now, That I must say is one of the most sweetest things I have experienced in our society we are living in today!! He knew I could not afford to get it fixed & he never hesitated on that fact! I will forever be grateful to Scott for being such a true hero that day!! That's few & far between to find someone willing to help another! I will definitely put the word out there on my experience with Tony's Auto & if & when I have any more problems with my vehicle I'm sure gonna head their way. Thanks again, Scott & crew. So wonderful to find such an honest automotive repair shop. Great service, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. What more could you want?! Thanks for taking care of our cars for over 20 years!

Popped a random code on my car. Came in, Tony hooked up the reader, nothing there and sent me on my way in five minutes. Definitely coming back in the future.

I've been a loyal customer with Tony's Auto Service for approximately six plus years. I have had great service when it comes to oil changes, minor and major maintenance. Both Catherine and Scott and the 'Team' are very up front with their estimates and pretty much in line with what it cost to repair customer's vehicles. They make recommendations to you and show you what you should consider having repaired in the future. They have transportation to get you home if you have to leave your car/truck for extend period of time, and will pick you up once your vehicle is repaired. Their maintenance technicians are very knowledgeable and on average have 25 years experience. I will continue to use them for my servicing of my vehicle. Catherine....Scott...and the 'Team' - thank you for doing what you do when it comes to great service.

For over 10 years Tony's has made repairs to our autos. Never has there been any question as to their professional approach, mechanical expertise or honesty. Quick story. I had them install a new console lid and they discovered a $20 bill I keep under a rubber flap. I use the money in emergencies. I had forgotten about it. It could easily been kept...but wasn't. A testament to their honesty.
