I had a great experience with Erica who's in training. Sometimes when Danica isn't available Erica handles my appointment and I'm never let down. She has the warmest smile, a great sense of humor, and she listens to all of my concerns and addresses them one by one. I truly felt like I was in the presence of a friend who genuinely cared about my treatment plan. I've been going here since 2019 and all the staff members at Oparnica Wellness are very smart, organized, empathetic, and kind souls. Also Danica's rates for out of pocket without health insurance are very affordable and I recommend this place to all my friends who struggle with their mental health and have had bad experiences with other doctors and nurses in the past. 10/10.
One of the most thorough, intentional, and overall considerate mental health professionals whose services I've used. I am very grateful for Danica and her team, very easy to schedule with and she is well-versed and experienced in her field! Never felt like I was trying to be prescribed an easy-fix or random medication but instead collaborating on a treatment plan and understanding my needs.

When I originally called, I easily got through and got the follow up emails that were necessary to set up my first appointment. I still wasn't sure what to think because mental health professionals can be hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised when Danica and I met for the first time. Her questioning was thorough and she has proven to be one of the best listeners I've had in my mental wellbeing journey. She didn't hesitate to take the time needed to hear about me and my concerns. I truly felt as though she took all my concerns into consideration when coming up with a care plan, not just what she felt was important, which I have unfortunately experienced before.
We've been following this plan for several months now and I can honestly say that my mental health has increased greatly. We've had consistent and very timely follow ups as we've dialed in medications and worked through many if not all of my initial concerns. Danica has always been kind and considerate and very attentive to my care. I have no doubt that she genuinely cares about her patients and is driven by helping them improve their lives. I am so very grateful to Danica for her experience and depth of knowledge that has helped me to feel the best I have in a very very long time. I would (and have) recommended Danica to some of my closest friends and family.
