My husband and I are so appreciative of everyone's help at Wheeler Medical in Phoenix. Everyone is so kind and very professional. We appreciate all of their help, during my Husband's journey of amputation.

Stephanie and Damon were absolutely amazing fitting me for my knee brace. I had the pleasure of Stephanie’s assistance across the street at the hospital and was pleasantly surprised to see her at Wheeler. Also, The receptionist is extremely friendly, welcoming and gets you scheduled quickly. Damon also went above and beyond recognizing I needed a lift and got that fitted for me right there on the spot. AMAZING!!

Dean is awesome! Treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. The whole staff! I would highly recommend to everyone and anyone for your prosthetic needs. Thank you to everyone at Wheeler Medical. You guys are the best at what you do.

I recently decided to have surgery on right knee and was at my doctors office asking questions about items I might need post surgery. I knew that I need a cryocuff machine to taking the swelling from my knee. I had already contacted my insurance company and several businesses they recommended in which no one ever got back to me, my doctors office told me to try Wheeler Medical LLC, I spoke to woman named Christine who told me that my insurance doesn't contract with their company so on I searched. A few days later I recieved another call from Christine who when above and beyond to give me a list of people who will take my insurance, which after contacting them all no one wanted to help. Once again I turned to Christine, she called my insurance company and was able to get them to add Wheeler Medical supply to list of vendors. What a relief to know that someone would care enough to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. There is more to this story as after picking up the machine I noticed that the pad for the water circulation wasn't working right. I spoke to Damon and he was kind enough to have one delivered the next day. Now I had what I needed to help the process of recovering from my knee surgery. I would highly recommend Wheeler Medical, they have proved to me that they have exceptional customer service representatives that are willing to help in all capacities when you really are in need of help.

I loved everything about my experience at Wheeler Medical! Damon was my personal guide as to a sensitive issue dealing with assistance I needed in terms of a product they sell that would assist me in day to day comfort and productivity, leaving me, virtually, pain free. My experience told me the organization cares about what their clients need and finding the best possible solution to those medical comforts. I was given all the right information required to make the best decision for me. As I met other team members, I realized the customer service quality is obviously a requirement for one and all those that work at Wheeler Medical! I will go back!
