What a fantastic place. Jim, the owner, has done a terrific job of putting solidly brewed beers in one really fun venue, an old firehouse turned into a sudsy heaven. Stop by, and get him to tell you the story of how it all came to be. You won’t be disappointed. And I highly suggest any of the IPAs.

This is a fantastic new brewery! For only being open for four months their beer is great. The atmosphere is superb and you should definitely check it out.

Great location. Amazing tasteful beers. Appetizers that are prized just right, and taste even better. They have a variety of flatbreads, and their pull apart pretzel is probably the best in town. The people whom work there, are really passionate and care about the product.

Great spot featuring some great beers and tasty, straightforward food. Get a flight and give your taste buds something to talk about. I highly recommend the Bowl Resin. It’s an interesting brew.

Casual dining environment with great indoor dining and optional outdoor dining. The menu offerings were all made with fresh ingredients. The staff was professional but very fun. Great beer options. The outdoor space offers nice evening lighting and corn hole game. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I would visit Louie and the guys regularly. Good hard working folks carving out a place in the Phoenix scene. What a gem! Check it out for yourself!
