(March 26, 2022, 7:21 pm)They did a good job and were able to come out same day on a Saturday. Gene was professional and took all precautions to sweat join pipes in the wall. I don’t know if it’s because of the weekend but the price was very high. But we didn’t want to be without water all weekend long.

He was very knowledgeable about the new product but didn’t rush us to make a decision. The installation went smoothly and we had hot water 20 minutes after he left. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We are never happy about breakdowns but it’s good to know you got the right company and the right guy!
