I have dealt with them a number of times . And every time I was treated with respect , I was given accurate information. I would like to thank the staff for being kind because at time like that we don’t need to be undermined , or mistreated we are already going through enough . Thank you staff
I'm really glad that I dealt with them before reading these reviews or I might have had no compassion for what these humans go thru on a day to day basis. Death is hard for EVERYONE. Looking at and reviewing death every single day can't be easy and I don't think I'd be comfortable if it was lightning fast since I do not believe they employ robots. Not one person was unkind when my brother was in their care and Judy, though understandably likely tired of hearing from me so often was patient and considerate and so was the ME admissions staff who returned my call. Though we haven't received the cause of death or report yet, I appreciate that there are many other families in the same boat and I also know that doing things right is not often synonymous with doing them quickly. In the case of my loved one's passing, I'll take right.
I received a very prompt, empathetic response. I spoke to a few different individuals they all were very very helpful. I appreciate all their help. I also had to call recently in reference to a missing person whom I’m presuming is deceased they have been handling my calls weekly in reference to John Doe description. I am very satisfied with the time frame of our manor of death, especially during the summer heat related deaths, on top of the covid surge. God bless us all
