Alta Warehouse District

Property is great! I am currently a student and have lots of places to study. My husband practices his French Horn in the speakeasy. All in all great amenities! Resident events are awesome (photo provided below)

Staff is friendly and responsive. Definitely encourage people to check out the property.

Highly recommend living here! It is one of the nicest and newest apartments in this coveted area. It's right off the I-10 and less than 5 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix.

The front office staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I had no issues from the time I walked in to when I moved in. To date, I haven't had any unpleasant surprises or fees. Maintenance is extremely responsive, thorough, and some of the most professional in the business; they keep this place CLEAN!

The amenities are top notch. Pool season was amazing, we loved enjoying the space with other residents and the water was and is still always crystal blue. The gym is very nice and includes a weight room with all new equipment as well as a separated workout space for activities such as yoga or dancing. My favorite features of the clubhouse are the mini video arcade and office spaces for studying or working.

We haven't had any of our guests complain about parking, even during the holidays, thank goodness!

I love the fact that we have Alexa speakers available to use in our home and it was something I didn't even know I wanted. You'll have all GE appliances, large washers and dryers and everything is brand spanking new. You get what you pay for here and out of all the places I have lived in the greater Phoenix area, this one truly takes the cake. If you are looking for a modern living space near Downtown Phoenix with an amazing staff, this is the place for you!

I just want to say that this community is wonderful, we have lived here now since July, it’s a brand new community adjacent to Downtown Phoenix! It’s nice to be able to take a bird and just ride right into town, saving cost of ⛽️ and parking!
the finishes in the apartments are beautiful with a brick back splash & gray quartz countertops. Our appliances are the GE Pro appliances and they work really well!
Maintenance staff is on top of the grounds, everything is always clean around the community they do a great job keeping up with everything!
The front office is always a pleasant experience! We appreciate the laughter and the singing!”
Anyway if I had to pick a place to live Downtown again it would still be here!

I could not recommend an apartment complex better than Alta Warehouse! The floor plans are spacious, which is not the easiest to find at other apartment complexes. The leasing office (We worked with Katlyn) are also very kind and always welcoming to everyone in the community. They made our move in stress free and even had champagne ready for us! Finding an apartment can be stressful but Alta Warehouse stepped in and made sure to show us the experience everyone deserves while moving. Thank you!

Just move in already! I have never lived in a place more fun! Everyone who works at Alta Warehouse is kind and ready to help. The first time I walked in with my very large dog I was greeted and instantly felt welcomed.

The Assistant Property Manager, Kat is incredible! She is very helpful and has even given me ideas on how to get to know the downtown area better. She treats my dog like her own and has treats for the puppies who walk by her desk. She is for sure my pup’s favorite face to see each day! She keeps me in the know for apartment complex news and downtown events. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment where the staff does the very minimum and daily I’m surprised by the energized environment that manages this location. This apartment complex goes above and beyond to make sure maintenance request are answered super quick!

Alta is also focused on making sure the residents feel at home. With more amenities than I can count, there’s always something to do. I am truly becoming friends with some of my neighbors due to the fun apartment gatherings each month. I really do enjoy coming home each day!

So if you are reading this just call Kat in the front office and rent. ESPECIALLY if you are another dog owner 🥳🥰
