Colonia Del Sol Apartments

I’ve been living here since 2020, I’ve had 2 issues which was resolved with urgency - I prefer to deal with Jane, after reading some of the reviews im really shocked. We’ve never had roaches, bugs, etc… My stove damn near caught on fire & it was handled ASAP, My AC broke once & that was also handled ASAP again via contacting Jane. But my biggest ISSUE is the gates are either ALWAYS open or Not working!! There’s so many random ppl entering our apartments just doing whatever they please! If its apart of our rent, IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED just as the price is every year! I would def recommend esp for the area we reside in!

Iam a tentant since 2009 I love where I live I just have a problem with one of the staff member that's very rude its almost like I feel like she is racist I just can't vibe with her my problem was just yesterday water came pouring down from the vent in my master bedroom messing up all my stop she was sent over by the manager to see the problem I was in my bathroom and did not hear the door I don't know where the water came from am the tenant she said its not from the upstairs Sharren its her tone she makes me up set every time noone ever came back to check the bathroom yesterday after the manager Jane said she was sending someone else no one cal me again to see if the water was still coming down still I don't ever cal them about anything the noise above me that's goes on all the time cuz I understand we live in a apartment I don't complain about anything I don't want to move cuz I can't afford to but if I do it would be because of the staff member am not the only tenant that complains about her I have rights as a tenant and as a customer I pay my rent never late in all these years it would be sad to loose a good tenant thank you .

Have been living there for about a year without any problems, no roaches like everyone says, it's so untrue, if you keep your apartment clean then no roaches...the rent is affordable and we're renewing our lease. We like it here, the landlords aren't demanding and in ur face all the time and things aren't always breaking.
