I had to wait 1 and 3/4 hours for a ride home on a very hot day The technicians staggered their lunch break so they could keep the office open for me during the lunch hour. It usually closes from 12:00-1:00 which enabled me to wait in air conditioning until my ride came. They were very patient trying out different masks to make sure I got one that fit. I am indebted to them.

Got my O2 Concentrator in 2 days after a call. Cust Serv and driver were all first rate. After a week Eric, the CS rep. Did a follow up visit at my house. This visit confirms to me that Eric is a credit to Adapthealth. We completed more questions from Adapthealth. He has another visit required by the Adapthealth in 3 months and every 3 months there after. (A little excessive from my perspective).

Sergio was on time, gave me a call in advance and was most friendly and professional. He also helped me fully resolve an issue that had been a bit of an irritant. He also fully clarified a couple of questions I had because I am a new customer. Great outcome

Terrence, the associate from Adapt Health, just serviced my machine and replaced my portable machine. He was very knowledgeable and well educated on the equipment. I appreciated his caring and extra time. He took to make sure that I was safe and using the equipment appropriately. Thank you, Terrence.

Marie and Laurie are the best to work with, my daughter has dwarfism and we received her sleep study results which showed severe obstructive apnea and were prescribed a ventilator for our daughter. I worked with Marie all day getting it approved and she worked so hard getting us the machine that day instead of having to wait a few days. Laurie showed up made a special trip to get our girl set up and she was so sweet and informative, she made an emotional scary situation of starting a new machine more comfortable and at ease. Thank you to both these amazing women for all their help.
