Ideal, the Hays technician, did our annual A/C service. He was friendly and did an excellent job. He took pictures of the unit and explained the work he had performed and let me know that the unit was performing well without any issue. I was really happy with the job he did for us and I recommend Hays for HVAC maintenance and service. They also installed a new AC unit for us last year and did an excellent job on that as well.

I've been a long time customer of Hays because they always arrive on-time, provide a wonderful service experience, and keep the costs reasonable to the work effort required. Jason B., on the plumbing side of the business, is our go-to resource for everything related to water, sewer, and gas systems in our house - he's incredibly kind while also getting things done right the first time.
