AR500 Armor®

I ordered my armor towards the end of November when the lead time was rather high. However, I caught a great deal during their specials. There were some issues with my shipping and billing information which they immediately reached out to me to rectify the problem. After resolving that issue, Kevin Wylie worked personally with me to ensure my information was correct and then provided me an accurate delivery date immediately after. I can't wait to receive my package and thanks again to Kevin for being attentive and friendly!

I somehow messed up my promotion code and reached out to customer service for assistance on an already great deal. Kevin responded almost immediately letting me know the issue had been resolved. I thanked Kevin for his professionalism and timeliness, and he actually responded saying thank you for my thank you!! That just doesn't in today's world. If they keep up this level of support, they will be the leaders in body armor. Thanks again AR500!!!

I’m writing to recognize your employee, Chad Heinrich. I reached out to your customer service via email and Chad politely responded to me. Per my request he called me to help sort out my order which was going to be shipped to two different addresses. Chad spent over an hour on the phone with me going through my purchase and helping split the order and getting me the best deal he could with the available discounts. Ultimately I ended up buying more than I originally had planned, spending over $1000. Chad was incredibly helpful and respectful, and patiently went through the process. In these difficult times when many businesses don’t provide any customer service or put you into endless customer service queue, it was really refreshing to have Chad be so helpful and courteous. I want to recognize him and his good work, and hope that you do as well.

My shipment was delivered the week of the deadline. On time or a few days late. No worries here! The product was everything I expected and more.
