(February 16, 2022, 11:22 am)Thay have great prices, and once they get started on your car it moves along well, however there are times you will need to get there attention in the back shop , no one up front, and not working on any cars ,just hanging out ,last time I needed a battery, they said there was one car in front of me and it would be about an hour wait, but there were no cars in shop for 40 minutes, one of three could have replaced my battery,they were hanging out in back talking until the car showed up late for there appointment. it only took 15 minutes to do my battery, customer service not managed very well

(August 31, 2020, 7:28 pm)Brian went above and beyond the call of duty for me: I had a RAV4 that wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do. Brian advised me on next steps (insurance, roadside assist, etc.) and I arrived at Sam's within an hour. Had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. Brian was able to fit me in promptly and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding customer service! Thanks, Brian!
