(February 28, 2023, 3:22 pm)I was very impressed with my visit. The front office staff was friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait for my appointment, I was taken right back. The tech (nurse) was friendly and accurate. Dr. Mackey came in and introduced himself. He took his time listening to my concerns about a spot that I was concerned about. He was not in a hurry, did not rush me and was very professional. The office was professional and clean. I would highly recommend this office.

In my case the medical assistant was not at all friendly, didn't set a good tone for the visit, no smile, no friendly chatter, not even a hello. I was called to the door with a view of the assistance’s back and told to follow her to the room. Maybe a bad day? Glad the overall experience got better. Still highly recommended.
