I would like to say thank you for Dr. Stephanie Lechuga...this was my first time here and it was wonderful! Great staff all around!
This is the first time here and my appointment was at 10:30. They told me to arrive at 10:15 which I did. It is 11:41 and I still have not seen the Dr when I asked if the are running behind they told me no! Then why has it been over an hour since my appointment and I am still here waiting to be seen.
Update the dr came in and she is really good and make sure to explain everything. So I changed my rating I just wish the wait wasn’t so long...
The Nurse Practitioner Stephenie, has taken care of myself and my daughter. Her bedside matter is impeccable. The fact that she loves her job and truly cares about her patients Shines thru with Professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who has patience for her patients, a truly cares and presents herself as a true Professional.
