Our job was on the small side and I spent months and months searching for someone who would even return my calls. Michael was quick to respond to my emails - I was able to describe the job (installing granite counters), provided some hand-drawn diagrams, and was quickly returned a quote.

His staff was prompt and courteous when they showed up to the house to take measurements. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took the measurements they needed. On the spot, he was able to commit to an installation date and time-frame. I was skeptical that it was only a week away but agreed to be available during that time slot.

Sure enough, Michael's team showed up on time and installed the counters in a very quick and professional manner. We had zero issues with Michael and his team and would gladly work with him on other projects.
