The Pain Center - West Phoenix

Can't say enough good things about this Dr office and surgical office. Jennifer and Samantha Cazares are the sweetest people ever!! They see me & my special needs son, & they are so kind to both of us. And then in surgical center, there's Lisa who I adore. ALL the nurses, and anesthesiologist are sweet there.
And of course Dr Ramoun Jones is the kindest, most compassionate Dr I have ever met! Ready to talk to you, reassure you,, he's a Dr who truly cares! You can tell he's up to date on new techniques, and procedures. He's always going to seminars, and inviting patients. Amazing! I will never see anyone else but him.

Best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office, they were jammin out 🤗 the staff was amazing. From the front desk to the end of my procedure!! Everyone involved was friendly and made me as comfortable as ever.

I Absolutely love The Pain Center! I’ve interacted with the staff at both the West Phoenix and The Thunderbird office. Can I say that the Staff is AWESOME!!! They care and cater to the individual patient. I’ve had nothing but Great experiences there for the last Year! Not one bad visit ever. And Dr. Ramoun Jones is excellent and offers just the right touch, from his welcoming Smile while saying hello to being sure that you’re ok and ready for your procedure. I can’t tell you that there any flaws with this center, as I have experienced NONE!!! I don’t know what their hiring process is, however, they keep getting it right with their staff!!!!! I love it there and would recommend it to anyone looking to resolve their pain issues.
