  Office staff are always pleasant and I like how clean the property is kept! Well worth the money.

  I signed a 6 month lease, which I’m happy I did because they raised the lease by $200, it went from $830(not including water,sewer,trash & taxes) to $1020. That’s ridiculous for the space you get & the area it is. They want the residents to pay for long over due repairs & renovations, something I won’t stick around to do.
  
  Cops were there every other night, which is not surprising because of the area.. not a big deal because I knew that before I moved in.
  
  The office staff sucks, they’re rude & don’t know anything about anything.
  
  The kitchen is super small & there’s minor issues, which is expected in an apartment.
  
  I never heard my neighbors and every one was friendly for the most part.
  
  2 days after I moved in, my light for the kitchen fell down from the ceiling. Pretty scary but they came the next morning & replaced it.
  
  Posting pictures of the grounds.. honestly nothing was perfect but it wasn’t terrible.
  
  I never had roaches or bugs. I left things on my porch & nothing was taken, ever. Maintenance guys came no problem, & were respectful.
  
  I would recommend, they aren’t bad.. just the kitchen is super small & the front office sucks.
