Gary Weiner MD

I had a torn biceps tendon that went misdiagnosed for 3 months. Dr. Weiner looked at it and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Surgery went extremely well and I ended up with way more range of motion and strength than he expected. His "bedside manner" is very good as well, you can tell he cares. I'm very grateful!! However, I have been having knee pain recently and was looking him up to make an appointment, and I just learned that he does not have his private practice any longer. It's a bummer to hear that but I know the VA is better now that have him working there. Thanks again Dr. Weiner!

As a result of an accident, I broke my ankle (3 bones) on November 30. Went to Honor Health ER where Dr. Weiner was on call Orthopedic Surgeon.
He was extremely knowledgeable about my injury and explained that because of the swelling, he would not be able to operate. So I had to wait until he felt I was ready, That took place on December 12.
I am now walking without assistance and I owe it all to him. He is a wonderful surgeon. You are definitely in good hands with Dr. Gary.

He was the on-call doc the night of 3/3/07. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident with a compound fracture on my left ankle. My foot was barely hanging on and many in the ER said it may need to be amputated. I remember seeing Dr. Weiner right before surgery and begged him to save my foot and he said he’ll try. The next moment when I woke up, he was at the foot of my bed and said he saved it. Since that night I’ve had a total of 3 surgeries and I am perfectly able to do just about everything prior to the accident. Other than the scars, Dr. Weiner basically saved my life and saved my left foot and saved my future. I highly highly highly recommend him for any orthopedic needs. Thank you Dr. Weiner. Thank you!

I was referred to Dr. Gary Weiner for evaluation and treatment of my severely arthritic hip that was causing pain and limiting my normal active lifestyle. Dr. Weiner proved to be an outstanding orthopedic physician. He was very thorough with his diagnosis, explained my medical problem and answered all my questions. He and his whole staff are very caring, personable and professional. I had a total hip replacement this past July. The whole procedure went very in the hands of this skilled surgeon. Now, four weeks post surgery, I am feeling great and very pleased with my surgical outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Gary Weiner and OrthoArizona.

Dr. Weiner was amazing from start to finish. He was able to answer all of my questions, pre surgery and post surgery. I felt comfortable with him at all times and he took his time with me during office visits. His bed side manor was great. I am 9 weeks post op and back to my normal routine. I would recommended Dr. Weiner in a heart beat.
