It was a terrible enough that all the body shops I went to, gave me a HUGE price range that I could not work with… When I found USA Collision, the production manager Hovik, online they not only helped me with the repairs, but they helped me find a good price range that was way cheaper then the other body shops I went to. In 3 short weeks, my car looks AMAZING!

Great local business! They have repaired minor damage to our Toyota cars 3 times over the past few years and each time have made the car look brand new. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to provide helpful customer service (especially compared to Toyota collision). I try to get 2 to 3 separate estimates and USA Collision is always comparable to other repair places, but usually can schedule us in quicker and get the work done earlier than expected.

I got rear ended and took my car to this shop. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful. Dave got me started with the paperwork so fast and easy. They managed everything with the insurance and made the whole process stress free. After getting my car back, I couldn't be happier with the repairs and the great customer service.

I needed to get a paint scratch on my vehicle's front passenger door repaired. The vehicle had scraped along a wooden pillar in our garage and it appeared that the scape was down to the metal of the door from the door handle down to the bottom of the door. The first place I went wanted $850 to sand down to the metal or the undercoat at the 3 or 4 places where the scrape occurred then build it back up and repaint everything to match the original look.
I went to USA Collision at 10020 N. Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix on the west side of Cave Creek Rd. and about a mile (+ or -) south of Cactus Rd. in north central Phoenix. They looked at it and asked if they could take it around to their shop area for a closer inspection. Soon the employee returned and said something like, "OK, you're all set." I asked what the estimate was going to be for the repair. He said, "There is no charge. All the visible scratches and scrapes consisted of paint from the wooden pillar that had transferred to the surface of the painted car door." He had used a solvent of some sort that removed the transferred paint without damaging the underlying original paint.
The repair was fast and free. The employee was polite and knowledgeable.
I realize that not all repairs will be free or immediately accomplished but I think that USA Collision went above and beyond good, honest service. They could have charged me $50 or more and I would have been happy to have paid them.
I highly recommend them if your car needs body work.

Like many folks, I love my truck. Had a front end collision. Not horrible, but bad enough. Contacted USA Collision and other shops. All had waits. USA's was about the same length (a few weeks), but their reviews were stellar. I was hopeful for a good outcome. The results of the work were fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased. The fit, finish, and trim were done amazingly well. I have an eye for detail, and Hovik and the team at USA met my demanding expectations for quality work. No exaggeration. These guys really are great!
