  I came in these morning brought my daughter in and they were fast . I told them my son needed to be seen as well and they told me to bring him .. I being waiting over 1 hour now .. and people at the front desk told me it wouldn’t be long .. gave two starts because Dr. Tanya is excellent .. I have 7 urgent cares between here and my house if I choose to came here is cause she’s great. Front people horrible no manners .

  I am an emergency physician who works daily with residents in training. I took my mother in law to Express Urgent Care based on the fact that they had the best price for an ankle x-ray. The office staff at the front desk was pretty much en par with expectations (vanilla), but the PA we saw, Amanda, was awesome! Great bedside manner, great communication, and she was very thorough! The complaint was ankle injury, and before I told anyone what I do for work, she did a very detailed evaluation and exam of the entire leg, hip, back, chest, and neck. I was very impressed! There ended up being a fracture, and the treatment including splint & crutches was great! They were happy to keep us updated on anticipated cost of things, and gave us the x-ray images on a disc without our asking, so we can take them to the follow-up appointment. I was so impressed that I asked for the number for the medical director, so I could call with positive feedback. I would recommend this place to friends who need quick, high-quality care, with awareness of cost as well. Thank you!

  Called around several urgent cares before I opted to drive a little out of the way for this location as I don't have insurance and they where the most affordable. The staff here is very nice, service was fast, complete and the facility was very clean. I was in and out within an hour and even sent home with samples to help my ailments.
