My son had a febrile seizure and we called 911. They were here in minutes taking care of my son, keeping my wife, dog, and I calm. Advised me to follow all traffic laws and to stay calm on the drive to the ER. They were professional, empathetic, and took great care of my son. As a nurse who felt helpless to help his little boy this crew was great. One of the medics rode in the ambulance crew with my wife on the way to Deer Valley ER as well.
So thankful for this firehouse!

"C"shift at Phoenix Fire Department 35 were so kind, respectful, and very caring! I had fallen and passed out for a second and felt like I had broken ribs-which I indeed did. Those individuals were so caring! Didn't make me feel like I was taking their time for a fall. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! Much appreciated!
