  Good portion size for the money. Plenty for leftovers. many options to choose from with meals having good flavor and taste.

  This year, with all the difference in how we celebrated.. I ordered from this kitchen for my mother, her caretaker and I to have a Thanksgiving meal prepared. What a wonderful experience! The food was all very tasty and made my life so much easier; as far as warming it up and clean up was simple as anything can be! It was a beautiful spread, with many choices... definitely going to use this option a lot!!!

  Did a few months of Fresh Taste along with having them prepare our Christmas Dinner. Very fresh and great quality of food used. I recommend trying it out, you might never want to cook again.

  Started doing meal prep in April with another company (no need to mentioned who I picked but one of the larger online services). In October I found out about Fresh Taste Meal Prep and love that they are local as it seemed to make a large difference in ingredient quality than I had gotten before.
  
  They make it super easy for you as well which is my favorite part because I don't have a ton of free time, so the hours saved in the kitchen each week are an added bonus.
  
  Highly recommended, the food is delicious!
