  My family and I travel from the Los Angeles and the Inland Empire area every year for Labor day weekend to stay at this wonderful resort. This year it was 9 of us, and as the years before, we could not have had a better stay.
  
  The kids loved everything about staying here...the adjoining suites we were in...the family pool, the Water Park...and it is centrally located close to everything else we wanted to do in and around the city.
  
  This year made our 27th enjoying the luxury of this piece of heaven...even though the Point had a name change, and some internal changes...there was nothing about this resort that would change our minds about staying year after year, after year!
  
  Why don't you come and join our family any Labor Day weekend (Thursday through Tuesday), you'll never not go again, but register early...they fill up
  fast!

  This property is superb, not new and flashy, but a well cared for treasure. The real standout is the staff. There are younger folks working at the pool that are polite and professional, and more seasoned vets on the ground crew and bar staff that really go the extra mile to make your stay special. Every single person I encountered , every single time I stay there makes a point to say hello and gives you a smile. This is rare in my experience. I guess that is the reason this is our go to place when we need to get out of town. Definitely give this place a try, I think you will agree!

  Everything about this Hotel was so wonderful. After leaving another resort and booking this one last minute I was so impressed. This Hotel made my birthday weekend special and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. The only problem was we booked a king bed and we got two queens. But this hotel fixes their mistakes and they did switch us rooms so we had a king. The two bell hops John and (can't remember his name) were so fantastic and friendly. They made sure that we had everything we needed and were talkative. Once we settled in we took a walk around the property and it is so beautiful. They have like 6 pools so most of the time you could find one and be alone or with few people there. I really enjoyed the Hidden Valley pool as it was quiet most of the time and the adults only pool that was 21+. Everyone was so friendly and nice asking if they could do anything for you. They had shuttles you could take from one part of the hotel to the other so you didn't need to walk everywhere. I really enjoyed myself and I definitely will be going back.

  This place was fantastic!! I loved every inch of the property, and all of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service they offer to give you a ride anywhere on the property as part of the resort fee was extremely convenient. The Falls pool was gorgeous, and they would even bring you drinks while you were lounging in or around the water. I fully recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice, relaxing getaway. 100% worth every penny.

  My husband and I got engaged at Different Point of View 5 years ago and decided to go back this year and stay the weekend. We have two little ones so it took lots of planning to make it happen but we were super excited. We arrived and had dinner at the restaurant and were seated right in front of the windows and had great service. Unbeknownst to me, my husband had arranged for flowers to be sent to our room when we checked in. We left the restaurant and went to check in and were upgraded to a very nice suite. When we walked in, my husband wasn’t happy and I didn’t know why. Later I found out it was because the flowers he sent hadn’t been delivered. The next morning we stopped into the florist, La Paloma and spoke with the owner and she not only gave me a beautiful replacement but spoke with the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, they not only located the original bouquet but sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to apologize. Overall the hotel was beautiful and the service was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful weekend away.
