The staff is Great and very respectful. Everytime I eat there I never have a problem with my food and it's always FRESH. Cook to order is what I love. Analisa is a sweetheart along with the rest of the staff.

It was a great experience! We stopped coming to this location many months ago because of their customer service. Decided to give it a try after their remodeling and let me tell you we will be coming back. The whole store was clean inside and out. Customer service rocked! Its always great to be greeted by beautiful hardworking ladies.

Extremely happy with Moon Valley. We had warranty on our trees and weren't happy with one of them. I called and let them know I wasn't happy with it. And they replaced it with a new tree. No questions asked. Taylor was very pleasant. She made sure I was happy. Jay and his team did an awesome job planting the tree, not damaging our curbing and cleaning up after themselves. Couldn't even tell they were there, other then the new. Taylor also did a follow up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything and I was. Thank you Moon Valley.

Micah is awesome. Very knowledgeable and personable. Micah helped us with our project from the very beginning. Picking out the best plants, delivery and planting. He made this project enjoyable and stress free. Thank you Micah!!

I have now used this company 5 times for different trees and they are beautiful. The guys always work fast and then take time to explain instructions. Plus their sales and support staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their added warranty has also been amazing. Just had 14 trees replaced after an unexpected issue came up. I will definitely be back for more

Moon Valley Nurseries provided quality service for Percy the Fuyu persimmon tree we bought from Moon Valley last November. I had concerns about the tree and its planting. LP, Moon Valley's Director of Customer Service and their certified arborist, stopped by our home and put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and explained how to care for Percy. In addition, LP gave us suggestions on how best to care for our planter boxes and our existing citrus trees. LP is customer service focused and highly knowledgeable. He represents the true meaning of quality customer service and satisfaction.

Me and my husband have always want to plants fruit trees in our backyard. When we heard there was a great sale at moon valley we went right over, we were in the market for two specific trees. We were helped by Taylor P who by far exceeded our expectations in customer service and had a lot knowledge to share with us. We had a lot of question and Taylor was great at answering all of them! There was a mix up with a previous tree we purchased but Taylor fixed that for us swiftly. They have a great selection of trees and we ended up finding an additional fruit tree we never even heard of! We walked away very happy and confident that Taylor and moon valley nursery will handled all of our needs getting these trees delivered and planted. I will recommend this nursery to my friends and tell them to ask for Taylor!
