If you want a great experience with authentic Jamaican food, this is the place! While it occupies a storefront and the decor is simple, the vibe is very welcoming & the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is the star of the show! The best I've had in a very long time.

You just can’t get good food like this anywhere in Phoenix! Coming from Chicago, I’ve waited a long time for some decent, authentic food like Ocho Rios. The jerk chicken is off the chain! Everyting was fresh! Made to order. The drinks were strong and the service was decent on a Friday night. We topped off our meals with raisin coconut ice cream and Baileys rum cake. Almost fell out my seat! A must try!! We will be back to try again…positive vibes all around.

After having a not so great experience at an upscale, “luxury” resort, it was a breath of fresh air to come to a down to earth place. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. I wish I would have remembered our servers name because she was great! She greeted us almost immediately after we were seated, drinks came within 5 mins and food 10-15 mins after that. The DJ was great and kept the party going the entire time. We definitely will be back and I have already recommended this place to everyone!

I dined in at this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and the place was so spirited and lively! They had a live DJ playing some amazing music and keeping the place full of energy. Now the food was everything I’ve been looking for in Phoenix. My wife and I are transplants from Boston our families are from Jamaica and Montserrat and living on the east coast it’s not hard to come by great authorities or fusion style Caribbean cuisine. My wife order fried chicken and I Oxtail. We were in line at first bite. Our server Christian is basically our cousin now because for the two times he saw us in that week ( we went Sunday & Monday) he offered great service as well as the hostess and other servers and staff. I believe we also met one of the owners and she was so sweet and we had lovely conversation about culture. I can see great detail and pride has been put into this place and it shows. And those drinks! I’m so in love with the Cucumber juice. Within two weeks we’ve gotten food 5 times. They’re in the Uber eats network so that’s such a convenience! This place has exceeded my expectations and I’m so happy to have found them! Love y’all My Ocho Rios family!
