It will take a full page to write about this attorney Cosmas Onyia whom I found online via google search in December 2021. It was the reviews left by other former clients that made me pick him up to represent me . I reside in state of IA and needed an attorney in AZ. He represented me better than I could have ever imagined. My divorce case started in the state of missouri and I made a huge mistake by allowing my X- to relocate to AZ before divorce was finalized. After she established residency in Az and my two daughters going to school there, she turned around and try to take legal decisions making of my child away from me. Furthermore she falsely accused me of relocating to another state despite the fact that I communicated 60 days before moving via mail, text and email. She also tried to change my kids last names and false allegations of not communicating regarding kids medical appointments. Cosmas Onyia took care of all these and I won every bit of my case. He also cleaned the mess that was pending in missouri after the jurisdiction was moved to AZ
Cosmas put my needs first and treated me as a friend rather than a client . My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. This guy is amazing! Super knowledgeable experienced and court saavy. Honest, courteous , respectful and very reasonable. This man knows his way around family court. He didnt rake me over the coals with attourney fees and add ons either. He was honest about his time and didnt treat me like just a paycheck. He was very realistic with his expectations on the outcome of my case and didnt try to drag it out just to make money on me. I have a very vindictive baby mama who was swamping up my case with false allegations and lies...i felt like i was getting buried alive! I was extremely overwhelmed and started feeling hopeless. Mr Onyia brought the darkness to the light and methodically pieced apart my ex's story like a fortress made out of legos. She was unjustly trying to take full custody of our son and destroy me with all of her lies. ( Even making a false report to DCS) stressful!
