My mother-in-law recently decided that she wanted to move back to AZ, so we researched senior communities that might be a good fit for her. I was VERY impressed with the speedy responsiveness, thorough follow-up, and overall EXCELLENT customer service that I received from both Kevin Pugh and Wesley Wilkins! They went "above & beyond" as they answered our many questions, arranged video tours, and found an affordable apartment and level of care that would be just right for her. We were also impressed with the number of tenured employees at this community who are truly passionate about taking care of the residents' needs. I highly recommend this community.

I am so impressed by this facility and the staff here at Brookdale Central PV. This place is a perfect fit! My mom moved in at the beginning of February 2021. We thought it was going to be a big adjustment but the staff at Brookdale are fantastic. I am sincere when I say this place and its employees went above and beyond to see that my mom had an easy transition from living independently in her own home, to moving into assisted living.

I want to thank Wesley who helped us get the perfect apartment leased and ready to move in, Angelisa at the front desk who from the very start knew both my sister and I by name whenenever we came in, Jori and Briana who helped get my mom's health care in order before she was released from rehab. Both Bobs who visited my mom so many times when she first arrived, hoping to convince her to participate in some activities. They didn't give up and she now goes to Bingo daily! The many aides on mom's floor who give her hugs, visit with her and are just so friendly, I can't say enough about the people who work there. I wish I knew more of the employees by name as I'd mention them too. We haven't come across one employee who wasn't professional, helpful and just extremely friendly! Even the maintenance guys are over the top in helpfulness!

It is true, the place has been around for a while and it may seem a bit dated to some. However, our family sees it as a very clean, comfortable and well run facility. The apartments are cute. Our mom loves the food and the activities are fun. The aides on the floor check on mom all the time and know her by name. The facility is slowly opening all the fun things they had prior to the pandemic and we can't wait to see this place in full swing.

I waited until our mom had been at Brookdale for a while before writing this review. I wanted to make sure the great treatment didn't stop after we signed paperwork and moved our mom in. We are as happy as ever with our decision to move our mom into Brookdale Central Paradise Valley. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made for our mom!!

Brookdale Central Paradise Valley is a place that I will always hold close to my heart. I had the pleasure of working along side some of the best management team and helping some of the sweetest residents. The passion these employees and residents bring is out of this world. No matter what comes, they always stick together to get it taken care of. The Executive Director, Michelle truly cares for every resident, employee, and guest who walks through the doors. She always has an open door policy, even with her busy schedule. The Business Manager, Sherily will go above and beyond to handle any issue that comes her way even if it doesn’t involve her directly. The Maintance Director, Gary is hardworking and really tries to keep the community safe and beautiful. The Activities department, Bob & Faye are always planning something to do and keeping each residents interest in mind to make sure no one feels lonely. The Nursing Staff, Joan, Katie and Celeste is knowledgeable, empathetic, and determined to help in anyway they can. The Dining Room Staff is wonderful, they provide great home cooked meals and great service. This community has a lot of history and a lot of heart, you don’t want to miss the chance to live or work here.

Moved my mother-in-law to Brookdale Central Paradise Valley in June. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Many residents moving about and activities they were enjoying participatingin. Very friendly staff that answered all of our questions and showed us around. As we walked around they knew every resident by name and hugged most of them. Once we moved her in, they took over to make her feel welcome and care for her needs. The nursing staff has been great and the accommodations met her specific needs. She has been in and out of the hospital 5 times this year and in rehab 3 times. Since they have taken care of her medicaitons and caring for her she has stabilized and done very well beyond what we expected. The residents have welcomed her and included her and every staff member has made her feel at home. She has enjoyed the food and the opportunity to eat at any time during opperating hours. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a little extra help on a daily basis. Only gave 4 stars because the parking in front is challenging! Very limited and hard to find a place at certain times. We’ve been very pleased since we moved her in and look forward to her living a long time there.
