  This is for sure my favorite place in the valley! I'm ALWAYS IN HERE! There are always great deals and the girls that work here are all super friendly and helpful. I love this Plato's closet!????????????

  ????CONS: More then twice I’ve seen dust bunnies on the floor and when looking up in the fitting rooms & dust on the walls above. The most recent time while I was there I did bring this up to Joey the manager on duty and he did take note of it.???????? That day, the lulu bulk sale was going on. There was triple the amount of people as usual. With all the people, clothes and detergents coming from everyone’s houses in general, allergies and sneezing in general can happen. More cleaning is never a bad idea because of this! Associates/cashiers, please check all items for sensors!! I had to make two separate trips to get them removed from two different pairs of shoes. I noticed after the fact. Not a massive deal, but I expressed this & there was no attempt to offer me something (5 reward points) for this inconvenience.????‍♀️
  ????PROS: Joey, Arianna, Janette were all very patient, friendly & helpful during there most recent mass lulu sale! It was a hot mess of people in there. Thankfully all the customers and staff that day were all friendly & chill to make it a good experience.

  The customer service was spectacular! Far above and beyond my expectations. Prices were very affordable and we were so thankful and appreciative for the service ❤️ and the prices were a bonus. Clean store and especially great for back to school shopping. Just can't say enough that were thankful for you all who helped us today. And we can't wait to come back ????
