The company provided us with good service when we sold our house to them. They were ready to close within 8 days of signing a contract but they accommodated our extended moving timeline. They stuck to the original contract and we closed and we received a wire transfer the same day. Their closing coordinator was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process.
