(September 10, 2019, 5:22 pm)Lived here for 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially after new ownership took over in the spring. Barbie and her team are super friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure you have the best living experience possible. For example, when our AC wasn't blowing cold air, they had someone in the next day to check it out and immediately replaced the entire AC unit with a brand new one without hesitation. I can't speak highly enough of them!
The new ownership also is in the process of doing some major upgrades to the complex as a whole. And the location is tough to beat. There is more food, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance than you could ever want.
Overall you just can't go wrong living here. -

(May 10, 2019, 5:16 pm)Have been living at the enclave for about 2 years now and things have continued to improve in all areas. Maryanne is always helpful and stops whatever she is doing to help out when needed, for example my roof was leaking and she had someone check it out within a couple days and found a solution right away. She is professional and hospitable and is a large reason why I decided to renew my lease. My friend Nick just moved in about a week after the change of ownership and Barb and Maryanne were beyond amazing. They both made the move in process easy and quick and were able to answer any questions he had. I would recommend enclave to anyone I know with the location being great, prices being awesome, and most of all because the office staff always on top of their work and always killing it in the customer service department.

(May 9, 2019, 7:57 pm)Just renewed! This place is so great! Easy access to the 51 so that makes getting around convenient. THEY CHANGED OWNERSHIP RECENTLY. The day the Barbi got there, things got so much better, maintenance and the office has been much more responsive. Staff is always kind and show my little devil dogs love. I never have issues with neighbors, thin walls, or even really the car wash next door. They’ve got a nice and clean fitness area, office area for tenants, a gift wrapping station!!! Things do break here and there but the staff seems driven to make everyone happy.
