(April 12, 2021, 3:32 pm)I was referred to this company through my insurance to assist with a water leak issue. I decided not to file an insurance claim and pay privately.
I also had a referral from the water restoration company to their sister company for repairs. Sister company was slow in response to request and couldn't come out for two days just to give estimate. Fine Point was quick to respond, they showed up on time to every appointment. Called and or texted if any issues arose throughout the entire project. They went out of their way to arrive early morning to replace dry wall in order to facilitate tank replacement. I can not say enough about the entire process from start to finish including every person I came in contact. Extra shout out to Jerimy for all the extra work he did in finishing the project.
