Super low pressure, very upfront, patient, empathetic, and overall just a great buying experience. Emily in particular was great in responding to repeated text messages about super small detail questions, and being patient with my bank that required me be a rather annoying customer at times… (sorry, Emily!). Super win also that their shop fixed a couple small things and did a killer detail on the boat to start, then followed up with me after the first boat day to make sure everything went well, which of course it did. Spent a long time shopping for a boat. Found a well priced Sanger at Laken and pulled the trigger. Jared was great in helping with a quick and easy transaction. Shipped to California at a reasonable rate and consistently checked in to make sure everything was ok. Boat arrived perfect and in great shape.

We can’t thank Chris enough for all his help in the boat buying process. He walked us through every single detail to ensure we got the best wake surf boat for our family ! Walked in on monday morning at 9:30 and was on the lake with my new boat by 12:30pm. Justin handles sales and he was the man!
