  Growing up on the East Coast a chicken box spot is a common theme and some thing I’m very familiar with. Semi-new to the Phoenix metro area you can imagine how excited I was when I found out there was a franchise out here! The chicken was so fire and literally stayed warm until I got home which was a little under 40 minutes away. The drive was well worth it by the way. If anyone is searching for some good whole wings, look no further!!

  Hands down, the food is fantastic. Fried hard, sauce on the side, you get an excellent crunch and the juiciness of the chicken is undeniable. Shrimp here is delicious, though I’ve yet to try the perch, it is often out of stock.
  
  Logistics, online ordering issues, and a lack of a sense of urgency in the employees often leaves you feeling a bit unwanted here. I ignore it, but having been here many times before, it’s an obvious and minor issue.
  
  Stick with the service via their online website directly, that way you don’t get grifted out of an extra side, that missing butter cookie, or “something that ain’t on the menu”, don’t get played here!
  
  Order online, order direct, and order ahead to pick up, you’ll have a 5 star experience! Unless it is crowded…there’s no dedicated online pickup section, so if someone has an issue with their order (33.3% chance, repeating of course), you’re gonna be waiting anyway.

  I believe it was Wednesday and they had a special , 1 catfish 3 wings comes with fries and slice of bread. THIS WAS SOOOO GOOD! OMG 😍 Eveeything was perfectly crispy. The batter on the fish . The skin in the wings. It was heaven. It wasn't greasy or anything. I am drooling 🤤 😋 And whatever hot sauce they use or make was spot on (and I dont even like hot sauce like that) and I couldn't get enough.

  Listen I amb orn and raised in Indy, just 2 hours south of Chi-Town home of the original Harlods Chicken! And this right here....takes me all the way back! I love that every time I order the Chicken is cooked fresh and is always served hot. The wait is worth it and the service is spectacular as well!
