Wow. So I said I would post pictures with my post but it was too good and gone before I could do it. First time here and will definitely be back. Ordered 3 things on the menu and all 3 rocked. The Mac and cheese burrito was out of this world!
Super friendly! Got the Dr. J and jerk chicken Mac wrap and they were AMAZING! I also got the cold brew and by far my new favorite! Definitely will be coming back!
We ordered a couple of sandwiches and coffee and it was amazing— definitely my new favorite restaurant for when we’re in Phoenix :) Everyone working there was super friendly, and there atmosphere was generally very warm and welcoming. They also seem really COVID safe, which is so so important to me as a chronically ill person and kinda hard to find these days. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!
My partner and I tried this place for the first time and we loved it. We ordered (take-out) a lot of different things to try out, which included some pastries and sandwiches.
Pastries: I don't remember the name of it but I think it was a vanilla donut, maybe vanilla chocolate? Anyway, it was really good. We also had a cinnamon roll which was giant and delicious.
Sandwiches: We had the Basic Birdie with buffalo sauce and the Red Bird. They were both good but our favorite was the Basic Birdie. We both thought the Red Bird could use a little more red sauce to make it even better.
We also ordered the Sonoran hot dog. I didn't try it but my partner did and he enjoyed it.
The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. It was a really good experience. We look forward to visiting and trying more food from Early Bird Vegan.
So glad Ellen's has a location in downtown Dallas. We happened to be in town and stopped by for breakfast. I had the chilaquiles and it was the best I've ever had. Just the right amount of spice and crunch of the tortilla chips. My husband had the pancakes and they were so light, fluffy and huge! Also had a cafe latte, which was perfect. Definitely coming back.
