Came to the house and followed up with a bid. Bid remained viable while I got other bids. Decided to use SOTR and I was not disappointed. On time, used good products and even offered to come back to adjust timing of the lights in the fall.

Stay off the Roof had our lighting renderings ready to show us on his Tablet and the price quote on hand. We never had to wait weeks like we did with the other businesses. You can ask them to remove something if the price was a bit over your budget or they can add anything as well— right there on the spot. Jonathan works with you!

We now hire them for all our outdoor lighting needs: permanent outdoor, bistro lighting, and holiday lighting.

They deliver when they say they will, and have us on a maintenance program that they never fail to forget.
