  Larry was the rehab specialist who worked on my power chair. I brought in some parts to fix my left armrest and one of the main pieces was missing from the order. Larry took it upon himself to search in the back room for a spare piece. He found one and that saved me an extra trip!!!

  I would recommend Preferred home health care to anybody that they needed repairs on their wheelchairs or oxygen and so on and so forth they make sure everything is done accurately I have had no problems with them as long as you work directly with somebody that you know from there you will not have any problems and they will keep you updated on the process of how things go and how things are moving along such as parts for wheelchairs oxygen
  Tanks and so forth and/or if you need a loaner chair they can make sure that they have that for you too as well before you send in your check for repairs
