  I’d highly recommend this place. We have them spray about every 6 weeks just because that’s our preference instead of every 8 weeks. The whole time I’ve lived here since about December of 2019 I’ve only seen 2 spiders and a few random bugs since they have been spraying. The technician who has come to our house consistently is very friendly!

  We had Urban Desert Pest Control help us out with termites in our garage. They came out, inspected our home, pointed out what to look for, educated us on what needed to be done. We then scheduled the treatment for our home and it was all completed by Tino and Matt. They did an amazing job, even cleaned up the termite trails and provided great advice for next steps in keeping our home protected! KUDOS to the team for great customer service! Highly recommend Urban Desert to our neighbors and friends.

  I called Urban Desert Pest Control because I thought that I had a pest/rodent in my attic. Chad from Urban Desert arrived right on time. He inspected my attic and even took pictures and video to assure me that everything was in order. What a relief and what a great a great guy and company to deal with.
  I've been using Urban Desert Pest Control for routine bi-monthly pest spraying since I moved to Phoenix a little less that a year ago and have been extremely satisfied. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional. A special thank you to Chad for putting my mind at ease.

  By far my best experience with a pest control company. James came out today to spray for the first time and was the most kind and most professional technician I have welcomed into my home. Seriously, if you are looking for a great company at a great price, this is the one to choose! No contract! They don't need to, you won't want to switch anyway.

  Was recommended Urban Desert Pest through word of mouth and I am SO glad I went with these guys. Honestly some of the most friendly service workers I have ever engaged with. Every time I call If I have any issues or questions they are on it. The ladies that answer on the phones are consistently friendly as well. They've also been patient and accommodating to my schedule when I've needed to move days or times. I've had Bob "the bug killer" out a couple times now and he's fantastic! Sprayed everything super thoroughly inside and outside of my home and was attentive, mindful and considerate of my dog with where he sprayed. Also, I've very rarely seen any bugs in my house at all! When I noticed a little extra activity outside and called they were so quick to get here and spray extra with no charge to me. Seriously would recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you Urban Desert Pest! I don't think I will ever use another pest company!
