The optometrist was so personable and great at explaining what was going on with my eyesight!! However, the person you check out with that goes over frame cost, and trying to sell a lot of different add ons wasn't as friendly when I tried to cancel my frame order. They did give me a refund. Overall the optometrist made my visit top notch!!

Had exam last week with Dr Smith he was knowledgeable and pleasant. After exam the ladies helped me picked out a couple of frames. I was extremely happy will definitely be back!!!!

From a detailed, user friendly and informative website, to ease of making an appointment, to convenient and effective means of communication, to ironing out paperwork and details prior to appointment, to exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, professional staff, to an efficient flow of service as soon as you enter their doors… my experience with Carefree Eyecare has been exceptional.
The entire process leading up to and through my recent appointment to get my eyes checked was most ideal, in my opinion, and I would happily recommend this service to anyone wanting vision services (I went to the one off of Carefree Highway and I-17).
I have sincere appreciation for such a great experience. I look forward to having confidence in returning to a vision service that seems to do great business for its customers.

After my last Optometrist stopped taking my insurance, I had to find a new one and landed at Carefree Eye care. From minute I stepped into the office I was very impressed by how quickly I was seen by the new eye doctor and just how incredibly helpful reception was. After appointment I was helped very quickly in selecting new eye wear and in no time had my new glasses.
I then had to figure out how to get a second pair as I needed prescription safety glasses for work and again was helped incredibly quickly and efficiently. The 2nd pair took a little longer to arrive but it was over festive period so understandable.
All in all I’d highly recommend talking with Carefree eye care if you are looking to change or just find a new Optometrist / office.
