  I have always struggled with hip and left side pain. Thanks to the Gonstead method adjustments. I’m able to go back to the gym and have a normal daily routine. Great staff and amazing doctors. Highly recommend Gonstead physical Med.

  Dr Lara is always very eager to listen and take care of any problems!.
  
  He is the best. He practices Gonstead technique which is a a very powerful adjustment. This adjustment succeeds where others adjustments are not as effective.

  Dr. John Gangemi took time to carefully diagnose my condition upfront when other chiropractors just wanted to go right into adjustments and call it a day.
  
  I've been going a for a few weeks now and feel better than I've felt in a long time! I especially am grateful to know what my core issue really is. I'm walking with shoulders back, sleeping comfortably, and sitting correctly.
  
  On top of that, all the staff is very friendly and sweet. Appointments are always timely, I've never been kept waiting! Can't say enough good things!

  I had taken a spill and was unable to stand, walk, sit, or sleep. The pain was excruciating. Everything about my experience at Gonstead Physical Medicine was wonderful. Dr. John is very caring. All the doctors are knowledgeable and kind. The staff is compassionate and always willing to help in any way. Thank you to everyone. .

  Dr. Jose Lara and his staff at Gonstead Spine Institute are the best in the valley! Dr Lara literally saved me from back surgery. I had been to several other chiropractors on and off over the past 30 years looking for some sort of relief for my bad back from laying brick and block my whole life and nothing ever seemed to help until I started going to Gonstead Spine Institute. The decompression as well as regular visits with Dr Lara was literally a life saver for my back and my whole body. Had I not found Dr Lara, I would of had a costly surgery and who knows if it would of even helped me in my bad condition. Dr Lara is not only very caring and honest, he is absolutely by far the best doctor in Arizona. I highly recommend Gonstead Spine Institute.
